Visionaries Public Television Series highlighted our unique model for mission which creates a bridge between medical professionals on opposite sides of the globe, uniting them in a common purpose–to heal those who need healing and in doing so together, to create a more just world.

The 25-minute documentary shares the story of one of our general surgery mission trips—the missioners who traveled with us, our Bolivian partners, and three of our patients. Carmen, Guadelupe, and Fernanda each received life-changing surgeries during the mission trip, but our mission strives to go further than simply providing surgeries to patients in need. Working in solidarity with our Bolivian peers we seek sustainable change. Together we envision a just, compassionate, and interdependent world, where the health needs of those most vulnerable are prioritized and medical professionals have the necessary resources to serve their communities.
